New and updated version of the cockpit bulkhead. Still comes with the medical pouch just like the V3 versions. Much thicker bulkhead and allows use of the overhead console. Prior to release, every order of the V2 has shipped with this as an option for the buyer. 
Comes unassembled and unprimed.
